  • The contract period for the officers is ‘4 months of work and 1 month vacation’

  • The contract period for ratings is ‘6 months of work and 1 month vacation’

  • The company’s ‘Seniority Bonus System’ policy aims to offer further benefits to the employees

  • The officers and the crew are selected on the basis of their professional competency, experience and performance monitoring results (each crew member is regularly evaluated by a comprehensive system)
